The Ritzville Alumni
Association is comprised of graduates from Ritzville High School in
Ritzville, WA. Located in beautiful Eastern
Washington, this farm
community is surrounded by wheat and barley fields with some cattle
farms in the area. Ritzville is the county seat for Adams County.
The
Alumni Association celebrated its' 100th anniversary in 2005. Each year,
the association hosts a banquet for members of all classes who wish to
attend making special recognition of the current year graduates as well
as the 25, 50, 75, and in 2005 for the first time the 100 year class.
The 2005 banquet had 634 attendees, by far the largest banquet in their
100 year history.
The Association is believed to be the
largest, most active HIGH SCHOOL Alumni Association in the country.
It is run by volunteers working diligently each year to track
current addresses for all 3644 members. Each
member receives a personal invitation to the banquet and a special
effort is made to accommodate all that would like to attend.
Our website contains a listing of each
graduate from the honor years along with some information on where
graduates will be gathering to renew long lost acquaintances. Also, if
you will look at our "contacts" tab, you will find phone numbers and
addresses for motels and restaurants as well as the high school and the
Ritzville Chamber of Commerce.
